The dance movement therapy was memorable. The time we danced with newspapers with closed eyes was a defining moment during the camp. The camp was such an eye-opening experience that helped me learn a lot about Nepal. It was an amazing experience and I would definitely like to return to Nepal to join the hike to Everest Base Camp.
